Sawn American White Oak

Colour light yellowy brown. Straight grained with a medium to coarse texture. It machines well and stains and polishes to an excellent finish. Weight 760kg per cubic metre. Currently very fashionable specie widely used for internal joinery, skirting, architrave, door liners, flooring and staircases.

Board lengths 7ft – 16ft, widths 5” – 16”. We have large volumes of this specie available from our warehouses and can also machine any bespoke profiles you require.

In addition to sawn timber in this specie we also carry 18 profiled mouldings and 14 P.A.R. mouldings ex stock. See Prepared American White Oak for further details.
