Sawn Dark Red Far Eastern Hardwood

Colour reddish-brown. Moderately durable, has very little movement once machined and average weight of 625kg per cubic metre. Works well and can be machined to a smooth finish. Very popular specie for double glazing and conservatory construction. Also used for shop fronts, internal joinery and doors.

Boards lengths 8ft – 22ft, widths 6” – 12”. Also imported as window frame specific sizes such as 2.5” x 3” or 3” x 4”. We have large volumes of this specie available from our warehouses and can also machine any bespoke profiles you require.
